Terms of Service

By using PsstDrop, you agree to use it only for lawful, consensual, and responsible purposes.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the drops you create, upload, send, or share. You must have all rights and permissions needed for the content you submit.

Prohibited activity

You may not use PsstDrop for illegal, abusive, threatening, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or non-consensual activity. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms.

No guarantee of perfect secrecy

Drops may vanish from PsstDrop, but recipients may still screenshot, record, copy, photograph, or otherwise preserve content. Do not send anything you are not comfortable being saved or shared by the recipient.

Moderation and enforcement

We may remove or disable content, suspend access, preserve safety records, cooperate with lawful requests, and report serious abuse to appropriate authorities.

Service changes

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features, including upload limits, view limits, accounts, or storage behavior.

Disclaimer

PsstDrop is provided as-is for MVP testing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for user-submitted content and user behavior.
