Include in your notice

Include the drop URL, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, a statement that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

Use the contact page for now. If PsstDrop grows beyond MVP testing, designate a formal DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and list that agent here.

Repeat infringers

We may remove content and suspend users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
